In 1996, Michael was an expert witness on outsourcing at hearings called by President Bill Clinton and, in 2002, he was invited to testify before the Office of Management and Budget's Commercial Activities Panel tasked with redefining the federal government's outsourcing policies and practices. Michael is also the author of The Outsourcing Revolution, which John Sculley, former CEO of Apple Computer, calls a "clear and compelling roadmap [that] leads the reader through the systemic reinvention of work".

Cyrill is the author of Source Code China: The New Global Hub of IT Outsourcing (2007), the first book to address China's growing technology boom for software development and high-tech services. He also acts as a strategy advisor for several China government agencies and city-specific economic and technology development organizations. In March 2008, Cyrill was presented with the Beijing Great Wall Friendship Award, the People's Government of Beijing Municipality's highest honor for foreign experts, by the honorable Beijing Mayor Guo Jinlong. Jeff leads Hundsun Global's operations in the US, Canada and Europe. He has 30 years experience as an executive and entrepreneur in the IT research and consulting services industry. Jeff is co-founder and former CEO/President of Current Analysis, a provider of competitive response information solutions to the world's leading telecommunications, IT, and business infrastructure software vendors. He has also held senior positions with Giga Information Group (acquired by Forrester Research), BIS Strategic Decisions (acquired by Giga) and Arthur D Little Decision Resources. In 2002, Jeff was a finalist in Ernst & Young's Entrepreneur of the Year program.




Wendy A Watson

Wendy is a leader in the financial services world with a rare blend of global operating and IT experience, audit and risk management skills, and demonstrated boardroom capability. Wendy recently retired from State Street as Executive Vice President, Global Services, where she led the company’s initiative to advance all aspects of cost leadership worldwide reducing annual operating expenses by $800 million. She defined State Street’s shared services and location strategies and established large operations in India, China and Poland. She also designed State Street’s global middle-office outsourcing business and grew it to two trillion dollars in assets serviced, the largest such provider in the world.
